Title: Smoked-Salmon Canapes #2

Yield: 16 Servings

1/4cFinely chopped green onions
1/4tsDried whole dillweed
1/8tsGround white pepper
1/4cNonfat process cream cheese
  Product -- softened
1tsSkim milk
16slParty-style pumpernickel
  Bread -- toasted
4ozThinly sliced smoked salmon
  (1 package)
  Fresh dillweed sprigs --
  (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture over each bread slice; top with salmon. Yield: 16 appetizers (serving size: 1 appetizer).
